An enemy spell-caster that will repeatedly use the same attack during every encounter.
Most unfortunate victims will have these as reoccurring characters. Can also be used to address people(mostly women) for doing the same thing repeatedly. Mistral: "Cast- Firestorm! Cast- Firestorm!
