Sloppy Smoker

A phrase used amongst smokers, a person who is a sloppy smoker is one who lacks smoking etiquette. Commonly refered to as a "Double S" or an "S.S."

"Hey can I light your blunt!"

"Woah! someones being a double S.(Sloppy Smoker)"
