Skoalie is a term used to describe a white man from a black mans perspective; the term was originally used by African Americans as a pejorative for white people in general, in the same manner that peckerwood and ofay were coined by blacks.

Fellatio. Also used as an adjective to describe a person who gives a lot of fellatio, as in a "skoalie broad".
