An incredibly intense stomach ache, physically painful to the point that its victim ponders whether or not they harbor an alien inside of them. Because I ate that greasy Chinese takeaway last night, my roommate found me on the floor in the fetal position this morning clutching my stomach. Totally a Sigourney Weaver stomach ache!
