Bringing out he best of British T.V., the Beeb brought us Sherlock, starring the gorgeous Benedict Cumberbatch as Sherlock Holmes and the adorable Martin Freeman as John Watson.
The series is mainly set in the modern day London. We still have 221B and, of course, Mrs Hudson (Una Stubbs) as well as our other favourite characters such as D. I. Lestrade (Rupert Graves), Mycroft Holmes (Mark Gatiss) and James "Jim" Moriarty (Andrew Scott).
"I'm going to watch Sherlock tonight on the T.V. I've been waiting ages for this new series!"
2. Sherlock
A derogatory name (derived from Sherlock Holmes) given to someone who makes a revelation or discovery which he thinks is a big deal, but which is common knowledge or very obvious. Usually used in conjunction with "No shit"
Harold finally found out what everyone else already knows....that Michelle, the chick who looks and dresses like a guy, is a raving lesbian. When he told me, I said "No shit, Sherlock?"
3. Sherlock
Its a modern take on the classic Sherlock Holmes stories. Also the best tv series you will EVER watch; made by the evil, amazing Mark Gatiss, Jim Moffat and Stephen Thompson. May I suggest trying to get yourself emotionaly prepared for the most intese feels you will ever have; but to be honest, it won't help. p.s. its british, its on netflix, dat cumberbum and don't look up the tag on tumblr unless you want it to be ruined.
Person1: Do you know any good tv shows? I'm thinking of watching a new series..

A very cool looking pipe, like the one used by Sherlock Holmes.
I went to Headquaters yeasterday to get a peice, but I couldn't decide between a regular old pipe or the more expensive but cooler sherlock.
