When ghetto people have problems pronouncing the first syllable of "Excuse" and insist on adding an "r" somewhere in there. They also "scurse" you instead of themselves. Jared: I was walking down the crowded hallway when LaQuaneshia pushed me out of the way. She said something strange to me as she passed by.
