The mutual pain all men feel in their scrotum upon seeing another man take a blow to the nuts, be it in person or on video.

Jeff: "Damn! Did you just see Brienne nail The Hound in the balls? That made mine hurt."

Roger: "Mine too man. That's scrotalidarity."
