a valuable technology that solves all your problems – including the problem where you fail to define a strategy or vision for using information about your clients (& interactions with them) while also failing to manage limited technical resources you have…and letting people at all levels of the company define how they’re going to define data in the system and policies for what to capture. And then ask your IT team to somehow create a comprehensive client view out of all this while not bothering the business leaders with silly questions.
