A poorly made or disgusting work of art or crafts posted (usually for an exorbitant price) on Etsy and featured on Regretsy.

The womyn's vulva earrings were regretsyed almost as soon as they were posted on Etsy.

An apologetic salutation for the non-delivery of a gift item you ordered as a joke from Etsy that did not make it to the giftee; the funk you feel when the junk you ordered was not delivered.
