The science of the collection, organization, and interpretation of data which is further categorized by race. A recent racetistics study based on a sample taken at Popeye's restaurants around the country has show that a higher frequency of African-Americans dine at Popeye's restaurants than any other race thereby supporting the racist claim that African-Americans enjoy fried chicken more than other races.
