2. The act of spinning and shooting crazily. You can only call it a ROFL COPTER if you get a kill by using it. If you get a head shot while using said ROFL COPTER you get l33t points.

In a game:To be in a flying vehicle
(More specifically a helicopter)
and spin around randomly and shoot like you have LOST YOUR GODDAMNED MIND and say SOISOISOISOISOI while doing so

Not in a game:If someone says something really funny and just say it...but most people say ''My roflcopter go soisoisoisoi'' instead of just roflcopter,but thats something completely different
