When a girlfriend gets mad or upset and instead of her normal kiss on the finger or lips or cheek she blows out air at you making a "pffffftttt" sound. Lama's are also known to to this when upset. As i leaned in to kiss my girlfriend when she was mad at me she puckered up her lips, puffeting me away.
