Sudden and catastrophic stoppage of the heart whilst engaged in defaecation, usually following consumption of a fried peanut-butter and banana sandwich or a presley of drugs. I was called to a patient with Presley's syndrome in the male changing rooms. I had to unlock the cubicle from outside.
