|
The stance typically employed by guitarists. It consists of spreading the legs about a little past shoulder width and bending the knees slightly. Often employed by any musician that plays any music that involves headbanging. Dick Lovgren's Power Stance is at least six feet wide.
That guitarists Power Stance looks like a workout. That crab-core Power Stance does not look good at all. |

A stance normally used by people who are mentally handicapped at around lunch time in school cafeteria's after they are done talking to people. The left foot is forward and the right foot is back, while they rock back and forth while looking at the clock. Damn it must be 12:10, Sara is doing the power stance again!

Variant of the Captain Morgan stance, usually done by politicians in campaign videos. Typically executed with the raised foot on a school desk and with the upper body leaned forward a bit. Often accented by draping a coat/jacket over one shoulder. I'm surprised Obama won, given the distinct lack of power stances during his campaign.
