When someone doesn't have a caller tune that they bought, but rather record a song off the radio, and make that their callertune. When Vernon called Shaniqua, he heard a poor recording of Beyonce's "Single Ladies" on a car radio. He also heard gum smacking, traffic, a turn signal, and farting. That's what I call a Poor man's caller tune.
