When you wake up in the morning and you have sustained an injury from a vigorous plough (AKA Sex). Usually only occurs to box. Common Forms of Ploughjury include; - Men snapping their bango string - Bruising to the pubic bone - Strain to the hip flexors - Pulling a hammie - Stretched box - Friction burn - Carpet burn/ Pube Burn - Blue Balls - Cramp - Pink eye Brad won his grand final and ploughed Millie.
