Paranoia caused by plebs in the near vicinity. Typically whilst in a bar or on a night out, someone might feel paranoid and uncomfortable because of a group of loud mouth lads sitting near by. Damn, I'm getting a bit of Plebanoia at the moment, let's leave this place and go somewhere a little nicer.
