God Pays debts set up by anyone. In other terms: You don't need to pay for anything. You're just telling them God will pay them back a.k.a. you won't pay them back yourself. Origin of Pay God: Paga Dios (used in Buenos Aires, Argentina) These are several "Pay God" moments:
*You ask someone that you owe money to if they believe in God. When they reply you say cause God Pays nigga. And you dip. *You sit in a restaurant and ask the waiter for the check and when he goes to print it out, you run out. *You ask a cab to drop you off a block before your destination, and you run out. *You're having drinks with a girl in the bar and she thinks the check is on you and when she asks who pays you say God Pays and you peace out. |
