A word originated in the West which is commonly used to describe someone who "has a stick up their ass" (metaphorically of course, maybe literally in some cases). The term is also used in some situations to express anger towards another individual or several others if used in the plural form. PAD is a way of claiming an individual as an "ultimate asshole" due to the fact that it is an acronym for the commonly used adjectives Prick, Asshole and Dick.
