Olivia Lucy Phillip is a term used to describe something absolutley perfect.
The term was created when a young girl known as Olivia Lucy Phillip captured the hearts of everyone she came into contact with. (Usually in the Leeds/Wakefield/Blackpool area) The term should not be used too often, as not much else comes as close to perfection as she did. 1 - Oh my God! I'm surrounded by my favourite people, with my favourite music playing, drinking my favourite drinks...I dont want to be anywhere else in the world. I am the happiest person alive.
