A patriot. Someone who has taken an oath to the Constitution of the United States of America is an oath taker, but those who refuse to obey illegal orders which they believe to be a violation of the Constitution is an Oath Keeper.
If active-duty Oath Keepers are given an order they deem unconstitutional, they will stand down, and refuse to obey.
