Only in the New Testament does the word "father" become a proper name for God. This was consistent with Christ's message to the world of a loving God, not the God of wrath as depicted in the Old Testament. He is all loving, all knowing and also all forgiving, contrary to some religions beliefs. Father Om is everywhere, in everything and in everyone.
