A person who is from the North Shore of Chicago and acts like the stereotypical North Shore girl/boy (Jewish, rich, spoiled, snobby) Rachel Weinstien she is such a Noshie that she cried when her parents gave her an iPod because it was the wrong color.

A Jap (as in Jewish American Princess not as in a Japanese person) who lives on the North Shore of Chicago. Approximately 98% of the teenage female population of the North Shore. Not always used as a derogatory term. I went into a Hollister at Old Orchard, and it was completely full of Noshies.
