Short for New Rochelle, a suburb of NYC with around 72,000 people, with 3 parts to it, the upper-class snobfest (Wykagyl), the middle class area, and downtown. The middle class are contianed in Wykagyl, however most there are upper-class. Not much here but New Roc City, an entertainment facility with Movies, Bowling, Mini-Golf, and the like, frequentented by people from the bronx. Also the home of Thomas Paine, Author of Common Sense, a document which contributed to the Revolutionary War. I don't know how to fit New Ro in an example, Oh No!

Slang for New Rochelle, NY. A small miserable city in the suburbs of NYC. Home to Iona College Oh lets go to North Avenue tonight in New Rochelle and hit on 16 year-old Italian girls in O'Briens.
