NCEA (No Chance of Educating Anyone) is New Zealand's revolutionary consistent and fair national qualification for secondary school students and part of the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).

* School pupil’s geography essay marked as excellent by his teacher
* Essay won a national geography award as judged by university lecturers
* Essay also selected for publication in official journal of the Geographical Society
* However NZQA moderation declares essay did not meet required NCEA standard and should have received a failed grade

nebard

Meaning retard, derives from the name of a 'short bus' company called Nebard's. Calling someone a nebard suggests one rides said buses and is therefore a complete fucking retard (as short buses are the common method of transport to and from school/college for mentally disabled students).

NEBA 

This is a gang that is located around indiana. The meaning of NEBA is Never Ever Break Again. The color that is associated with the gang is the color purple. They often insult people by calling them a smatt. They often yell out SMATT to insult anybody that isn't in the gang or to call out to other NEBA Gang Members. The gang originated in the town of Auburn Indiana.

"Yea I heard that they're pretty chill unless you fuck with them"

1. n. A prank in which the prankster drives around quiet streets and shouts "NICE BALLS!" as loud as possible out the vehicle's window at unsuspecting pedestrians to elicit a reaction, usually one of shock or confusion. Traditionally two people participate, one shouter and one spotter. The spotter designates targets for the shouter. The driver can be either the shouter or the spotter.
