The phrase is used to describe anything thought to be great, and is used thoughtlessly. Used to describe someone with awe-inspiring manboobs, and to incite a tense atmosphere of awkwardness especially after everyone around switches their gaze to the specified person's moobs. Also a magical marriage of the word "Moobs" and "Spectacular."
