Someone who carelessly walks on a street talking on his/her mobile phone without paying any attention to whats going on around him/her( Including people walking around him/her,stop/walk sign near traffic signals) A mob talker will probably not even realize that an ambulance just passed by. Jenny is a real mob talker.
