a rhyming nickname for Serbian dictator Slobodan Milosevic, also known as "Slobo". He is responsible for the most violent, destructive and genocidal wars since the Holocaust during World War II. He was finally deposed in 2000 after some rioting over fraudulant elections and the major ass whipping his regime recieved in the Kosovo War by NATO. He was arrested and sent to the Netherlands to be tried on several charges of war crimes, including genocide. He died in prison there in 2006. He pretty much caused the violent breakup of Yugoslavia and his policies lead to the deaths of at least hundreds of thousands of innocent people. Rot in hell, Slobo you son-of-a-bastard-bitch. The devil has a hot pitchfork ready to be shoved up your ass. After the Cold War ended in 1989 there was great hope for what would become the fucking PC 90s. The Communist party of Yugoslavia resigned and disbanded in early 1990. That summer there were free elections. Regional and ethnic tensions heated up. Milosevic the son-of-a-bitch wanted all of Yugoslavia for his own rule and his attitude and policies led to several wars where many lives were lost. Hitler lives.
