Someone who smokes the same old shit most everyone else does - cigarettes wrapped in white paper, meant to be inhaled, that have no real flavor, don't have a pleasant smell, and will eventually kill you. One who does not smoke with distinction.
He won't ever smoke that carton of Marlboros you bought him. He's a cigarillo smoker. A styler. You know - Black and Milds, Swisher Sweets. He's not a McSmoker.
