This is a well known South Indian and Dravidian language spoken mostly in the state of Kerala. Kerala has the highest literacy rate in India at 99 percent. Malayalam evolved from Tamil over a thousand years, it's similarities are striking. Notice that this word is a palindrome, meaning it is spelled the same forwards and backwords.
