Originated in England in the late 1800s a shortened way of saying "the Queen's daughter" or "what a beautiful, majestic girl" also used when speaking about the breath taking beauty of female persons of upper class decent, most common a well known ballerina with true passion in her heart for being perfect, and "the compassionate one".
