Leaky Balloon Knot

A dangerous situation in which a fart has to come out but the likelihood of an accidental pants shattin because of the trots is to great.

X-"Damn this gas is making me feel horrible."

Z- " Better out then in, let it go."

X- "I can't, if I push this out I will get a leaky balloon knot.
