Okay, maybe she isn't the second coming of $legend; however, she seems to be doing a darn fine job so far of building her own. I really have not seen/experienced anything quite like this, however much great(er) music I've listened to. I'm not the stereotypical Gaga fan type.

Even if the music was to be taken simply as pop, it seems especially well-constructed as such. Perhaps this an example of what 'pop music' could be, but unfortunately ha$n't been. However, while definitely a pop star, it should seem clear that she is far more than just another pop star. There's more than meets the eye. In some ways, she seems like a rock star who just makes pop music.

Talented? Yes, clearly. Live-performance videos testify to this, especially her acoustic songs and the acoustic arrangements of the pop hits.
Her style is far-out, but it's _hers_. Some don't get it. Some do.
The show/spectacle is brilliant, the songs _hers_, the personage intriguing

She's beautiful, including but certainly not limited to the obvious sense of that word.
Boring is the last thing Gaga is.

The hermaphrodite rumors are submoronic; I shall not elaborate on that issue any further.
At an NYU talent show in 2005, it was said of the performance of Stefani Germanotta Lady Gaga's birth name, "Watch out, Norah Jones." Five years later, who'd have thought that would become "Watch out, Madonna."

At the 2009 VMAs (9/13), she performed her hit Paparazzi to a brilliant stage production.

On 10/12, she gave a quite effective cover of one of the classics (Imagine) at a benefit event.

At the December 2009 Royal Variety Performance, it was indicated that the new pop queen is even getting the attention of real queens. :P

On 2010.01.31, she opened the Grammy awards telecast via a duet with none other than Sir Elton John.

And it only seems to be getting bigger & better.

A very bad joke played on all of us by Tim Burton.
Person 1: Did you see Lady Gaga the other night?
Person 2: Yeah, Tim Burton sure is getting better at special effects.

I guess nerds don't liker her cause they say she uses special effects on her voice (which she does), but she can also sing great live.

Musically speaking she's been playing piano by ear since she was 4, wrote her first ballad at 13, and has been playing in clubs in New York since she was 14 or 15 years old. She was one of 20 to get early admission into NYU and graduated with a BA from NYU's art school.

Her songs have all made a significant impact on music of 09 by having all her singles sell more than a million copies. Having sold almost 10 million in singles. As well as charting significant places,

You don't have to like her , and she's not everyones cup of tea. But don't come onto urbandictionary just so you can let out your teenage against about how you don't like her.
Lady Gaga studied music and dance all throughout her life and worked her way to fame, she didn't win a contest or have rockstar parents.

Don't hate on her cause she makes pop music and cause she's new.

A pop star who you wouldn't recognize if you saw her as her body morphs into a different image every day.
Person 1: Hey isn't that Lady Gaga over there?

Person 2: I don't know, she looks different in every picture I've ever seen of her.

Person 1: Oh, well maybe she'll get a role in the new Transformers movie.

Lady GaGa is a unicorn in a man suit.
I will explain.
Only unicorns can get away with wearing such glittery, weird clothes. And, since unicorns have no gender (they reproduce through rainbows.), she/he would have stood out in human society, therefore he/she chose a man suit to fit in.

Example:

Human A) OMC, that person just doesn't fit in. It's something about them... A magical air...
Human B) Oh, yeh, that's Lady GaGa. It's not a person at all, it's a unicorn.
