The three Killeen brothers were the top Irish mobsters in South Boston during the 1960s and early 1970s. Whitey Bulger was their main enforcer until he shifted his allegance to the Mullins gang and blew Donny Killeen away with a machine gun while he was sitting in a parked car.
The Killeen Brothers survived the Irish Mob Wars, but they couldn't survive Whitey Bulger.
