Being the 13 th Outstanding Young Persons Honoree represented Hong Kong, Miss Chen is the first lady artiste to be awarded this honor.

¡¡¡¡Miss Kelly Chen completed her Secondary education in Japan after she finished Secondary 3 in Hong Kong. She then furthered her studies majoring in Graphic Design in New York. When she returned to Hong Kong after graduation, her talent was admired by her present agent. Since then, she has begun her acting career.
