the definition julia-rose, means a person who is a total babe, she is a great friend, hard worker, and has a big arse ;) she is creative and artistic and also enjoys being loud and attension. She is a lover of animals and enjoys taking time out to her self. But when a party is on she will be the first one there playing the drinking games, and trying to out drink most of the males. She is a cool chick, but you totally don't want to get on her bad side....:)
