1. A derogatory term for a particular variety of female who acts in a notably unacceptable, rude, backhanded, or uncouth manner. Often (but not always) drunk, a Jeggings will say terrible things behind their friends' backs; tip very poorly; fail to say, "excuse me," while shoving past you in a crowd; yell at their mother on their phone in line at the bank; or otherwise act immaturely and without regard for others. They can often be identified by their choice of lower body clothing. 2. Synonym for bitch or asshole. "That Jeggings just slapped my boyfriend's ass"
