It is a concoction of mostly marijuana laced with opium, heroin, peyote, methadone, crushed up ecstasy, some of it is unidentifiable, and hint of angle dust and possibly a few other things. Perhaps the most prominent aspect of a jeffrey is that no matter where he may go, he is always loved. I'm lucky I have Jeffrey as my best friend.
