An indian run is when a team (soccer, football, baseball, etc.) joggs in a single file line around a playing field field. It begins when the last person in line sprints to the front. When that person gets there, the next person at the end of the line sprints to the front of the line. This continues as the line jogs around the field. Very tiring.

Not sure if this is a racist term.
Mom - "Hi Sweetie. How was soccer practice?"

Me - "It sucked. Coach was pissed and made us do indian runs for an hour."

Performed with at least four or more athletes jogging or running slowly one after the other around a track. Upon a signal, the last athlete sprints to the front of the line. As the athlete gets to the front, the coach signals again and the athlete that is now last sprints to the front. This continues for the duration of the run. To increase the intensity of the run, the coachc can reduce the time between signals or add more runners to the group.

Now known as "Batavia Downs" Indian Run Flip Cup is popular game of flip cup in which there is no winner or winning team only a losing player. Takes place around a circular table with at least four players. Two players standing opposite of each other, start at the same time. As each player successfully flips their cup the next person to their right proceeds. After each successful flip, players must refill their cup in the event that the player standing directly left of them successfully lands their cup. The game continues as a circular race until a player is unable to successfully flip their cup, before the person directly to their left flips theirs.
