Notes: imajam is a thick mixture made from fruit pulp and sugar; imajelly is made from fruit juice boiled with sugar; imapreserves are fruit preserved whole or in large pieces and cooked with sugar; imamarmalade is boiled fruit pulp, rinds, and sugar
