"I Don't Want To Be A Negro Syndrome" or IDWBNS is a psychological disorder in which Blacks feel insecure about their African features. A sufferer of this disorder may try to change their appearance, bleach their skin, straighten their hair, and undergo plastic surgery to reduce the size of their nose and/or lips. Women may undergo booty reduction surgery which may unintentionally reduce the size of their ego and/or attitude. The most famous sufferer of this disorder was Michael Jackson (Rest In Peace). IDWBNS should not be confused with "I Want To Be A Negro Syndrome" or IWBNS which affects approximately 67.31% of the young white male population.
