The particular type of sympathy that is felt when a celebrity or celebrity wanna be is in seemingly tragic circumstances while at the same time has large amounts of hype about them being generated in media coverage. I would like to feel sympathetic towards all who claim to have been Tiger Woods' lover, but I feel more hypathetic because of how popular the media has made them.
Couchgoer 1: Dude, I have so sympathy for all of these poor (insert participators of a celebrity scandal) you know? Couchgoer 2: I don't know man, I'm feelin more hypathetic. Just look at all of the coverage they get. |
