Someone who is a cross between a hillbilly and a honky. Usually with one poor white parent and one parent from a hilly state, i.e. Kentucky or Tennesse.
Kelly's mom is from the hills of Kentucky, and her father is from a low income family from southern Ohio. She's a honkabilly!
