Hoet; Derived from the original word, hoe. A "Hoet" is a hoe (commonly found on the streets around midnight) with a third eye. These types of hoe (commonly called Super Hoes by a pimp) are extremely rare and hard to find. You are considered very lucky to find a Hoet. Guy1: "Dude, I found a hoet last night on the corner of 8 Mile"
