The condition a rich or middle class citizen may resort to when migrating to a city for a major event that includes living in a tent, bathing in a park fountain or stream and deficating in a field. This state resembles that of a homeless person or hobo. The mob of protesters at the DNC are resorting to hoboism to express their anarchist opinions.
