Time spent (generally between the hours of 12 and 4AM) in a Howard Johnson Hotel, in which one refuses to sleep for an unidentified reason. Rambling, having deep conversations, jamming to music and acting like a middle schooler are typically encouraged. Carl: Why are you making such bad jokes?
