a girl who is mega ho to the point where you cant even say ho correctly. the word can also be used to unify and bond friends when talking about how slutty a girl is as she walks by: one friend begins by saying "H to the.." and his friend responds "...izo!" noting that he also agrees with his friends initial judgement that the girl is clearly a skank.
