An outcast of Jewish decent; A stereotypical Jew, that mumbles, acts oddly and is extremely clumsy.

"Did you just puke?!?! You fucking Heebrat!"

All the kids laughed and yelled out 'Heebrat' as little Ester tumbled down the hill in pain.
