that one test that your very evil gym teachers gives you that every single human hates, will probably make you (almost) pass out if youre trying youre best and youre just an unhealthy noodle

goes like:
The FitnessGram™ Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start.
