The act of dislike against a fellow driver in which you share the road with, who is driving carelessly with a New York license plate. I was driving down the freeway with Kbrown, and came across a New York driver acting a fool. I then stated, "GO THE FUCK HOME NEW YORK!", and proceeded with caution.
